From a small team with a big idea in 2013 to a global company today. This is how Plaxonic grew, one project, one milestone, and one person at a time.
Founded in 2013 and led by our founder and CEO, Shaan Rizvi, Plaxonic began as a small team with a clear conviction: put people and results first, and let the growth follow. More than a decade later, that conviction still defines us. We have grown into a global company, but the way we work, close to our clients and close to each other, has not changed.
From First Project to Global Presence
Plaxonic is founded
Shaan Rizvi founds Plaxonic, and the team closes its very first project in November 2013.
Expanding to the USA
Barely a year in, we set up a small office in Oldsmar, Florida, our first step onto the global stage.
50+ people, 100th project
We crossed 50 employees and closed our 100th project, early proof that the work was resonating.
Spreading Happiness
We launched Spreading Happiness, an initiative to give back to our people and their families.
A home of our own
We moved into our own headquarters, a fully renovated facility of more than 24,000 square feet.
Recognition, and giving back
We completed five years, received the Dr. Abdul Kalam Innovation in Governance Award, and launched Daughter of Moon, our girl-child education initiative.
Opening in Dubai
We expanded into the Middle East, opening our office in Silicon Oasis, Dubai.
Acquiring Helfis Technologies
We acquired Helfis Technologies, adding new capability and talent to the Plaxonic team.
Europe, Bangalore, and Aarambh
We expanded into Europe, opened a new development centre in Bangalore, and launched Aarambh, our skilling initiative for aspiring IT professionals.
A development centre in the Himalayas
We opened a development centre in Palampur, Himachal Pradesh, built around sustainability, work-life balance, and creating opportunity in Tier 2 and Tier 3 regions.
A global team, still people-first
Today Plaxonic is a team of 220+ across India, the UAE, the Netherlands, and the USA, serving clients in more than 23 countries, and still guided by the same principle we started with.
