Sales Development Representative

We’re hiring people who can sell. Experience is optional. Confidence isn’t. At Plaxonic, we’re expanding our international sales team in Noida.

We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who can start conversations, build relationships, and turn opportunities into business.

You don’t need years of experience. If you’re a strong communicator, willing to learn, and serious about building a career in global sales, we’d like to meet you.

• Working Hours: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM, Monday to Friday
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in core sales training programs.
• Learn and understand the company’s products/services and target market.
• Assist in lead generation, data research, and prospect identification.
• Support the sales team in outbound calling, follow-ups, and email communication.
• Maintain and update lead and customer information in CRM or tracking tools.
• Develop skills in sales pitching, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Meet assigned learning milestones and performance targets.
